High Holy Day Food Drive
Our annual High Holiday Food Drive for Independence House this year was a big success.
The CAPTY lounge was overflowing with food! Thank you to our CAPTY volunteers who helped schlep the bags from our congregants: Jake Landers-Graser, Rebecca De La Vega, and Sam Bonwit.

Social Action/Justice Efforts
Judaism is a religion of mitzvah, or sacred action, focused on our sacred obligations to care for on another and to seek justice for the downtrodden, the disadvantaged and the persecuted. In a wide variety of ways, our community is engaged in efforts to act in partnership with God in repairing the world through our sacred acts of caring - tikkun olam.
